Court is held the third Wednesday of each month, at 1:00 P.M., unless otherwise noted.
**Pre-Trials, Show Cause & Pre-Warrant Hearings will be held at 3:00 pm on the third Wednesday of each month**

The Saint Hedwig Municipal Court accepts the following types of payment:
Cash, Check*, Money Orders*, Cashier's Check*, Credit/Debit Cards**
 *Make payable to the City of Saint Hedwig.  No personal checks will be accepted for cases in WARRANT STATUS.
** There is a processing fee on all credit and debit card transactions. 
You can pay your citation in the following ways:
In Person:  Payments can be made at the window during normal business hours

Court Guidelines
  • The Saint Hedwig Municipal Court does not give legal advice.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the court to process your citation.
  • A telephone call does not constitute a court appearance.
  • Juveniles under the age of 17 at the time of the offense are required                                                                                                                      by law to appear in person with a parent or legal guardian before the court.
  • No weapons, cameras, recording devices or any other electronic equipment allowed in the courtroom.
  • No food, drink or tobacco products allowed in the courtroom.
  • No tank tops, halter tops, muscle shirts or T-shirts with indecent, obscene or profane                                                                                      words or language, graphics, or illustrations allowed in the courtroom.
  • No caps, hats, or bandanas allowed in the courtroom.
  • No Use of obscene or profaned language will be tolerated.
  • All cell phones, beepers, pagers, and all other communication devices must be                                                                                                turned off before entering the courtroom.
