Board of Adjustments

The Board of Adjustments convenes on an “as needed” basis at the St. Hedwig City Hall.

Applications and fees for a BOA Hearing must be received by the City Secretary a minimum of 30 days prior to theĀ  meeting date to be placed on the BOA agenda for that meeting. Any application received after the required 30 day minimum will be placed on the next scheduled meeting agenda. The Board of Adjustment Hearing Fee is a non-refundable fee of $75.00 due when you turn in your application.

Agendas will be posted no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
